আমরা আপনাকে 2006 সালের বন অধিকার আইন (FRA) এর উপর একটি সেমিনারে আমন্ত্রণ জানাতে পেরে আনন্দিত, যেটি 7-8 সেপ্টেম্বর 2024 তারিখে সেবা কেন্দ্র, 52B, রাধানাথ চৌধুরী রোড, সিল লেন, ট্যাংরা, কলকাতা, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ 700015-এ অনুষ্ঠিত হতে চলেছে। এই সেমিনারের লক্ষ্য কর্মী, সম্প্রদায়ের নেতা, নীতিনির্ধারক এবং পণ্ডিতদের মধ্যে অর্থপূর্ণ সংলাপ এবং সহযোগিতার জন্য একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম প্রদান করা, যারা ভারতে বন-নির্ভর সম্প্রদায়ের অধিকার নিশ্চিত করার অভিন্ন লক্ষ্যের দিকে কাজ করে।
সেমিনারটি আইনের মূল দিকগুলির উপর ফোকাস করবে, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে :
বন অধিকার আইন বোঝা : ব্যক্তি এবং সম্প্রদায়ের অধিকার সহ FRA 2006 এর বিধানগুলির বিশদ বিশ্লেষণ।
বাস্তবায়নে চ্যালেঞ্জ : বিভিন্ন রাজ্য ও অঞ্চলে বন অধিকারের স্বীকৃতি ও প্রয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে বাধার বিষয়ে আলোচনা।
পুনর্জন্মমূলক এবং প্রাকৃতিক জৈব চাষ : টেকসই জীবিকার একটি মূল উপাদান হিসাবে, পুনরূৎপাদন এবং জৈব চাষের অনুশীলনের গুরুত্ব যা শুধুমাত্র মাটির স্বাস্থ্য এবং জীববৈচিত্র্যের উন্নতি করে না বরং টেকসই সম্পদ ব্যবস্থাপনার FRA এর উদ্দেশ্যগুলির সাথে সারিবদ্ধ করে।
টেকসই উন্নয়নের পথ : পুনরূৎপাদন কৃষি অনুশীলনের সাথে FRA এর একীকরণ যা বৃহত্তর টেকসই উন্নয়ন ফলাফলের দিকে নিয়ে যেতে পারে। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে উন্নত খাদ্য নিরাপত্তা, জলবায়ু পরিবর্তনের বর্ধিত স্থিতিস্থাপকতা এবং বন বাস্তুতন্ত্রের সংরক্ষণ।
কেস স্টাডিজ এবং সর্বোত্তম অনুশীলন : সারা ভারত থেকে অভিজ্ঞতা এবং সাফল্যের গল্প ভাগ করে নেওয়া, কার্যকরী বাস্তবায়ন কৌশল এবং শেখা পাঠগুলিকে হাইলাইট করা।
টেকসই জীবিকা : স্থিতিস্থাপক এবং টেকসই জীবিকা নির্মানের জন্য সম্প্রদায়গুলি কীভাবে তাদের বনের অধিকারগুলিকে কাজে লাগাতে পারে। প্রথাগত অনুশীলন এবং নতুন সুযোগ যা বনাঞ্চলের পরিবেশগত অখণ্ডতার সাথে আপস না করে অর্থনৈতিক স্থিতিশীলতা বাড়াতে পারে।
সম্প্রদায়ের ক্ষমতায়ন এবং নীতি সমর্থন : টেকসই অনুশীলনের মাধ্যমে স্থানীয় সম্প্রদায়গুলিকে তাদের উন্নয়নের দায়িত্ব নিতে কীভাবে ক্ষমতায়ন করা যায়। স্থানীয় এবং জাতীয় পর্যায়ে এই প্রচেষ্টাগুলিকে সমর্থন করার জন্য নীতি সমর্থনের উপায়গুলিও অনুসন্ধান করা হবে।
